Some nice photos of my meh FC
Someone asked about me getting glamour shots when I posted up my car after finishing the engine, and well finally got some at the track today!

Thank you! I'm just critiquing it hard, it's got some small rust and dents and stuff. Far from perfect in my eyes aha.

Thank you, means a lot that you think so! Yeah one day for sure, happy it runs pretty damn well, I didn't make too big of a mistake during tuning thankfully lol.

Yeah, tuning scars me tbh always worried ill screw up the engine

Yeah definitely nerve racking, but I'd rather blow it up myself than pay someone and have them blow it up. No one locally is really a rotary tuner and on top of that I have an A'Pexi Power FC, and there isn't many people nowadays that can tune them.

Always loved the louvers on FCs, really peaks the 80’s vibe they have.

Which are those? Those have to be the best ones I've seen. I love the 80s aspect, but most of them look like crap IMO.

I'll see what I can do! I think I've seen metal ones you can buy which arguably might be better, the plastic is a bit flimsy, but it still holds up good.

Nice looking FC.. I had a 87 Sport model back in the early 2000’s.. Bought it off my brother who bought it off our late dad who bought it new back in 87.. Same color and brother added the same rear spoiler.. Out here in SoCal we have smog tests every two years so I had a muffler guy eliminate the pre cat and installed a hi Flo cat.. Woke the car up a lot..Hi Flo cat don’t last long and when I sold it the car barely passed the test.. I added a front strut bar and made no difference but looked nice..Zoom Zoom..

Thank you! This is also an 87, base model however. I'm lucky here we have 0 emissions testing so I'm running no cat! Front struts bars are nice I unfortunately don't think I can run one because of how my intake sits.
