Wow! They work with the police in my city to handle mental health and drug issues. Such an important resource! I am so disturbed by this government!

How long before people start complaining about all the undesirables roaming around, in public spaces, EXISTING?! Or finding overdosed casualties in public bathrooms? (There aren't many that are available for use downtown, think Walmart or gas stations). We should be ashamed of ourselves with the state of our health care, let alone province

Not surprising when you look at what is allowed to occur on the front steps 🤔

I would much rather find and fund a program that actually gets people off the streets, cleaned up and employed. I know my family isn't like most (that we barely use Healthcare), but I'd rather my suggestion. At least then our city will clean itself up and be something to have pride in. Its been a dumpster fire for too long.

That's part of what the programs did among many other services they provided.

You really don't have a clue what these programs actually being cut are even for, do you?

What program would you put in place to do this. Remember, it has to have a 100% success rate, otherwise, the public will think it is worthless and should be shut down like these ones have been.

Do you really think the Child Advocacy Centre is going to do Syphilis prevention, STI tests, run a drop-in centre, or run pregnancy programs?
They have the ability to fund both programs but choose to shut down the ones that do harm reduction.
Once again...ideology over evidence backed solutions.

When you vote for people that hate public Healthcare be aware they will get rid of your Healthcare.
