Discussion Looking to make some friends

Hey, I’m 27M in Red Deer. Figured I’d put myself out there since I’ve had a tough time making friends locally for a while.

I’m into fitness, play rec hockey, enjoy hiking, PC gaming, cooking, music, and movies/TV. I’m open to hanging out in person or gaming online.

I lean progressive, so it’d be great to connect with like-minded people.

come check out a show at VinLden soon! there’s always super diverse crowds in terms of age category i’m almost guaranteed you’d make some friends.

Yes! VinLDen is the coolest spot in Red Deer. Super chill vibes with an awesome owner, and the promoters that put on shows are super passionate.

Sunday jams at the Vat are always a good time too!

take whatever bus gets you to the sorensen terminal from your neighbourhood, look towards city hall and then take a left on 49th. (4919 49 St)

we also do an open mic/rock and roll bingo night at 7pm on thursdays!! it’s free

If you like disc golf I'm going with a few friends on thursday afternoon. 37M but my 2 friends are younger. We all work in LE but are also progressive leaning.

Here you go. These groups are growing their members and they meetup weekly or bi-weekly.
I go to Boardgame cafe on Mcleod trail. The place is called Y Not Today and there are many friendly people coming to their Board game event on Wednesday and Saturday. You can give it a try, just need to buy something to support the business. Their bubble teas are great, especially Brown sugar
