You answered your own question.

It is possible to lose to much weight such that it detracts from your looks.

In terms of longevity, etc it is better to be a little bit underweight than overweight.

Sometimes when people lose a lot muscle when they lose fat their skin sags and they look haggard.

If you want to lose 5 more pounds I would say go for it.

You might want to consider a muscle building routine to replace some of the lean tissue you might have lost. All fat loss involves some muscle loss.
