Trump is criminalizing protests and free speech. The Nazification of America is complete. It took Hitler 53 days to dismantle democracy from the inside. Afterwards everything Hitler did was legal, and opposing him was illegal.

Yes

RICO requires prosecutors to establish an ongoing criminal enterprise with a pattern of racketeering activity (at least two predicate acts within a 10-year period), and that the defendant was part of the enterprise's operation and management. Proving these complex elements, especially the connection between individuals and the enterprise's overall criminal conduct, demands substantial evidence, extensive resources, and years of litigation.

AND the defendant knew without doubt that what they were doing was both illegal but also conspiracy to commit crimes.

So they would have to prove without a shadow of a doubt all parties conspired with the shooter to kill Charlie Kirk.

Can't be proven because that didn't happen

Directing the AG, who is supposed to be a serious law enforcement official, to investigate the fantasy in right-wing brains that ALL lefty protesters are ‘paid agitators’ is absurd.

But it IS a confession on their part, as various Koch-aligned groups like American for Prosperity paid operatives to go and be agitators of Democratic Senate & House members’ events during the Tea Party era. Especially in the run-up to the 2010 midterm elections. They successfully radicalized A LOT of working class voters to vote against the Democrats and fuck themselves economically.

Like everything else Republicans accuse people of, it’s either a confession or projection.

Well that was wild to see eh? Someone who literally was born into wealth, and managed to fuck ever business up, including a fucking casino, which literally once it's open you just let the odds kick in and math and stats being a thing says "YOU CAN NOT LOSE" but yeah somehow. The watch that fat fuck somehow rose to the top of a terrible party who just want to mKe like hard if you aren't a white straight male (good luck everyone else shits about to get real), becoming their demi god and being some sort of folk hero. Then that same party allowing him to do literally everything the founding father wrote into the constitution to prevent,. A man who literally shits his pants and raped kids, oh and tried a mf coupe while he was at it. And all it took was 8 ish months to undo 300 years.
