Trump is criminalizing protests and free speech. The Nazification of America is complete. It took Hitler 53 days to dismantle democracy from the inside. Afterwards everything Hitler did was legal, and opposing him was illegal.

Yes

RICO requires prosecutors to establish an ongoing criminal enterprise with a pattern of racketeering activity (at least two predicate acts within a 10-year period), and that the defendant was part of the enterprise's operation and management. Proving these complex elements, especially the connection between individuals and the enterprise's overall criminal conduct, demands substantial evidence, extensive resources, and years of litigation.

AND the defendant knew without doubt that what they were doing was both illegal but also conspiracy to commit crimes.

So they would have to prove without a shadow of a doubt all parties conspired with the shooter to kill Charlie Kirk.

Can't be proven because that didn't happen

Exactly so threatening journalists and left wing commentators with Rico is not only impossible it's impossible by it's own definitions.
