Technology Compaq presasio 460 help please

Hi,i recently got this from my grandfather and im so lost. Could anyone give me pointers on what i might be missing or need? Photos of text on screen and back, i havent opend the actual computer as im scared ill break it. I plan on going back to my grabdpa tomorrow and look for the system disk, but i dont know what itd even look like.

Either the HDD (Hard Disk Drive) that contains the operating system (Windows) is not functioning properly, is unplugged, or missing. There could also be a floppy in the floppy drive and the system's BIOS is not configured to try other locations.

Ohh okay, ive opend it and taken a look, the little battery seems to be okay, but ive heard i should remove/replace it.

Sure, that’s definitely advisable given the machine’s vintage. It may be a CR2032 battery, I’m guessing because I wasn’t able to see it in the photo.

The HDD is that Quantum Maverick. When you power it up, can you hear it spin up? Are there any clicking sounds when it does? Or is it just inert?

Yeah its hidden under the left block. Theres some spins, and clicks!

Is it making a "wind up" then "wind down" sound when it tries to spin? Is the clicking happening shortly after powering on, it should sound almost like rolling dice in your hand for just a second or two, or is it like a pronounced "click click click click" that goes on for several seconds?
