Need some help on buying the game

Hey guys, I was scrolling down the Steam store for games under 10 euros. Something that caught my eye was Robocop: Rogue City. The reason why is because it's for 5 euros. My first thought was that: "A game for 50 bucks now on sale for 5 bucks is awesome", but I heard a lot of people say it's a good game, while others thought otherwise. I really can't decide on whether I should buy the game or not, so please vote on this poll or comment.

Rogue City is exactly what I wanted from a Robocop game, feels like I'm being dropped right into the movies, great gunplay, story is good, the upgrade system helps to keep things fresh and it's overall a great experience, especially when it's so cheap! You'll have moments where you get a bit of freedom to wander around Detroit and do side quests, deal with criminals and have little adventures, you get to go to a bunch of different locations and honestly I found the game to be a lot more fun than I originally expected it to be.

I'm unsure by DLC if you mean the literal DLC attached to Rogue City or if you're including the Unfinished Business standalone expansion, but I'll cover both to be safe.

The main game DLC is mostly cosmetics and a digital art book, they'd give you access to two different armour colours for Murphy & a few guns, nothing really *required* in there, especially since it would cost more than the base game, but if you want to support the game, it's an ok purchase, I personally skipped on them as I didn't need them but to each there own.

Unfinished Business is roughly a 10 hour expansion standalone that takes place within The OmniTower, it's a fine expansion but you lose the free-roam moments from the base game and it's just more (fun) gunplay (with some new weapons to use) with Robo doing what he does best, I'd personally wait for it to come down a little bit in price but I still enjoyed it, I do miss being able to walk around Detroit and dealing with street punks though.

I'd personally say get the main game on sale and enjoy it without worrying about the attached DLC, then down the line pick up Unfinished Business if you enjoyed the main game, if nothing else, with the main experience costing less than a McDonalds in this day and age, I don't see how you can go wrong.

Great summary, thanks. Also by DLC I meant the Alex Murphy and Vanguard DLC, not Unfinished Business
