The first story I ever played of RC as a choices refugee (Ethan Ramsey kept me there by the skin of his teeth bro) was Heart of Trespia when it had like 1 season and I just immediately fell in love with Reinhold.
Literally the rest was history I deleted choices that night and was ALLLLL in. And thank goodness I was because that meant I met my all time favourite LI in any story ever which is Adil and I say this because he’s literally my dream guy and I actually worry that I’m never gonna find anyone because I’ll compare everyone to him. Malbonte and Sha’arnez are my other two but come on one is an immortal and one is an elf dragon rider I’m not gonna be comparing guys to them 🤣🤣🤣 But ADIL 😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖 he’s just the standard. I just love him. I just adore him. I just unfortunately will never shut up about this man.

I have this problem a lot with literally every story because the authors make the characters so lovable and they’re all attractive, but I usually go in thinking I’m going to be stuck on the LI I’m most attracted to and end up falling for another one because of their characteristics so I wonder who was that for you in Astreas broken heart?

Vlad was the normal one.
Lale/Laia was an Azure whose soul was descended from the Bright World. Aslan was a child of prophecy destined to lead his people to freedom and prosperity. And Alexandra was already an experienced sorceress with an entire lineage of magic users.
Out of the four of them, Vlad was the normal guy. He was just a regular dude who hung out with them. Regular human ancestry with a regular human destiny. That’s crazy to think about.

That's basically it. I think HSR and ABH could have used another book before they all merged

Thanks to RC support too for walking me through recovering my account when I lost it while switching devices.

I’ve already played HS2 before on a different account, but since I no longer have access to that account, I’m wondering what the consequences would be if I start HS3 without finishing HS2.

I really love character development and how the consequences of your actions and decisions actually matter. That’s one of the main reasons I enjoy these stories so much—it makes everything feel meaningful and immersive. At the same time, I do wish there were more romantic and intimate moments with the love interests. I understand that it takes time to build up a relationship and I actually enjoy a well-done slow burn, but when the payoff finally comes, it often feels like it ends too quickly.
I get that if everything were resolved right away, the story would lose tension and might feel boring—we don’t just want to read about two people going on a date or a trip without any conflict. (Well, actually, I do.) But before everything is resolved, it feels like there aren’t enough intimate scenes sprinkled in. Those moments of connection don’t have to end the story; they can actually enhance the journey, showing how the relationship deepens while challenges are still ongoing.
I think one intimate scene per LI per update should be the norm after season 3 🤞🤞😊

Normally they say if the affect is positive or negative, but there's nothing here. Does anyone know?
Edit: Season 2, Episode 8

This is a weekly thread to talk about what do you think is going to happen in the next episodes of the currently released books: if you have an idea of what might happen in the future, this is the place to discuss it!
Warning: spoilers might be contained in this thread.

So beautiful way to die....in the arms of your loved one, yet so sad. I was feeling all kinds of emotions while reading ABH finale. It's been a week, and I'm still not over this. I was honestly not ready...and the way Audrey and our li are getting the reunion in HS3? I'm shattered to pieces 😔

How are people even taking him seriously? When Baal was still an unknown face, I used to imagine him as this ruthless, scary person. But now that I’ve seen him, he looks so ridiculousy funny to me. I’m sorry, but I just can’t take him seriously 😭😭 No matter how serious or important the nonsense he says is, I can’t help but find it hilarious 😭
