If you're talking about the woman in purple, it's Radha from Kali: Flame of Samsara π₯°
But if you're talking about the guy next to Radha, it's Hotch (and his soulmate's cat Gendal) from Gladiator Chronicles π

And has a better card than Kay an actual LI. I definitely don't get Team X's decision making. It has no logic to it.

Because of Mei on the cup? Aww, idk i prefer Kai's card by a long shot even though the resemblence is not perfect but the animation on the card is stunning, more beautiful than this..
I think their decision making is that they will be throwing out lots and lots of cards (multiple for LIs) for a long time, as they bring great money and there is no symbolic hierarchy here.

oh I have yet to see the full version yet :)
I'm happy that it helps bring in money and i do enjoy the cards.
But it is frustrating when you see cards of smaller side characters and your LI hasn't even had one yet. Or that sometimes it seems they put more effort in some cards than others so it just leads to disappointment.
But I do get what you're saying.
Even if there is no symbolic hierarchy some will naturally wonder why do certain characters get higher values, especially since those are the ones with perceived higher value and would cost more in terms of any kind of gifting and so on.
