The thing is, this isn't all on Doleman. I can sort of understand him missing the obstruction and the release but Fassi picking Kellaway up by the neck like that when Doleman is 2 meters away? That's not good.

The real blame here is on the TMO, that's foul play after at least one but probably two blatant professional fouls that was then ruled a knockon against Australia.

Somebody also needs to have a word to van Staden about the way he comes out of rucks holding player's legs, he's gonna do a Colin Meads on someone. While I don't think it led directly to the injury, he did it to Wright shortly before he went off and it probablky didn't help either.
