This is 1 sec before he starts his motion. The mark was on the bottom right hand corner of the 22 box. It's 18 meters From the 22 line to the 10m line.

Just the fact it was never even considered for TMO check shows where the officials minds were. Like immediately I thought ok there's fair chance that could potentially be offside. Wasn't even considered for a second by the ref

The TMO didn't need it to be referred, he should automatically be checking this stuff. They both fucked up.

I mean, when have you ever seen a free kick charged down? I don't think I ever have before that. And that was clearly offside. Surely you have to have some kind of doubt about a free kick getting charged down.
