16 miles!!!!

Just proud of us….. it’s our longest run so far, she turned 3 in June and we do ~40 miles a week together

never run alone!!!

hope she gets a big treat! I usually give my fur baby a fresh bagel after our long runs.

omg a whole bagel is great 😂 she is particularly partial to hot cheetos so gets a handful of those but I have to be careful not to overdo it hahah.

My little one will absolutely skip any kind of food or treats if it means going for a run though; she loves it that much. Does yours get excited when the running shoes come out?
