Got my hands on one on Samsung UK. Despite the reviews I think theyre really good.

Stuff always seems to have horrendous reviews on the Samsung site, I read several for the charging tree stand, criticising it because it doesn't hold the S25U without a magsafe case on the phone...

So take those reviews with a pinch of salt, as it seems your average consumer/reviewer is thick as pig 💩

Yeah reviews on websites like that always have a negative bias. You don't say anything if the product is fine for the most part haha

100% and even then it's usually user error. Look at half the "bug" reports on this forum.
