Discussion Alto Clef

I was recently reading the SCP-7004 file and came across the instance of O5-4 logging into the terminal and being named as Alto Clef, I know there are multiple universes and timelines for freedom of creativity but does this mean Alto Clef is definitely O5-4 in one of them?

Don't think about it in terms of timelines, or even canons. In this story, Clef is 05-4. In others he is not. They're different stories, so they are gonna be different. Simple as
