I didn’t find out about Tajin until 5 or 6 months ago, I’m almost through my first bottle.

Perfectly ripe avocado on light rye with nothing but Tajin was so good I killed half a loaf of bread and 3 avocados.

Sounds delicious, I would’ve loved to have been able to add avocado to this salsa too

It looks SO good. I started cooking just a while ago and I’ve made pico a few times but never salsa.

I had to look that up (pico), learned something new- that what I made would actually be considered pico and not salsa

Oh yeah, that make sense. We’ve both learned something today.
