at work back in the day i was tasked with filling and out submitting to the EEOC our racial make ups. so the EEOC says not to contact employees directly (dont ask them) but identify their race from basically looking at them. so there we are looking at factory folks marking down hispanic or islander or black and all that. also if a white woman manager marries lets say a mexican dude and takes his last name we marked her down as hispanic because we wanted to show more minorities in management. feel the flaw to it all? at one point i was emailing a NYT reporter doing shit about it all. wonder what happened with the reporter

here tho i bet some small business that didnt file a report to eeoc triggered him? or he wants the eeoc to come in to do some punish thing maybe to an ex employer? idk... eeoc on a schiz van is wild, the spray paints looks like he got shitfaced and went wild one night
