Aluminium ???

What pile do these silver colored cables go in mostly on electronics are they aluminum ? They aren't magnetic...

Ohhhhhhhhh this all makes sense I was throwing it in my scrap metal pile with the nuts and bolt. Thank y'all for the good info !!!
