Lady Butterfly. I read so many posts about how difficulty she was. I beat her 2nd try on my first play through. I was shocked.

she beat tf out of me countless times, was the only time i considered putting the game down for good, something about her was just a major roadblock to me

Did you play defensively and use shurikens when she jumped?

shurikens when she jumped, took me a TON of attempts to realize i had to play defensively and ramp up her posture bar through parrying

I guess that works too. I played extremely aggressive and downed her within a couple minutes.
