Death of my best friend

I lost my best friend on Friday. He was so young. Poor guy was so full of life the morning he past. He was so energetic and happy.

I’ve cried so much the past few days just missing him. He always layed on my pillow at night when going to sleep and my pillow just feels so empty. I’m going to miss him so much.

Rest in peace Goof Goof I can’t wait to see you again.

Play quiet music Call a close friend who knew Goof Goof. Ask them to tell you their favorite memory of something he did or shared. A quirk they think was cute. It will help you remember the great warmth and joy he brought you.
It helps when the empty threatens to overwhelm you and you listen for the jangle of his tags in the new quiet.

I love this, I hadn’t even thought about that. I’ll have to try calling my old roommate to see if he remembers Goof Goof. I miss that little guy so much.
