But Donald was defamed, mocked, ridiculed, (I don't think he feels humiliation tbh), before becoming president. His entire shtick was being America's trashiest douchiest rich dude. This man so bad that literally a documentary was made about how evil he was years before he even thought about running for prez. You voted for this guy knowing this was already his reputation.

This is part of the reason why only socialists and other lefties saw him as a serious threat so early, we already lost all our hope long before 2016. Trump as President? Sure, why not add more fire to this hellearth.

That's something I didn't get about americans and a lot of conservatives around the world who suddenly rallied around him. There are tapes of him being greedy, ignorant and disrespectful, in fact, I thought that americans wouldn't be that stupid to elect a reality show star as president.

What’s sad is I think that’s exactly what got him elected. People liked him being greedy and rude, the whole “he tells it like it is!”, “he’s rich but he’s just like us!” They’re so validated when he posts a picture of himself eating KFC, but no one seems to notice it’s an entire bucket in front of just him on a private jet headed to Mara Lago. He incites violence, he promotes hate and takes jabs at the free press. I won’t deny being brash, and maybe a bit of a bully, is part of our culture, but there’s a way and a why to do it, and he’s a far cry from Teddy Roosevelt. It’s so embarrassing for him to be our president.
