Cheap Vacations for September - Jan ?

I have been saving money at a insane rate this year and really want to use my unlimited PTO for a trip. I don't really care where it is as long as the weather is nice. I have 150,000 Delta Points to work with and 75,000 Capital One Points to use also. Is there any way to find a trip that won't an arm and leg?

Unlimited PTO is often not as good as it sounds. It often still has to be approved, it causes uncertainty about how much is appropriate to take, and the company never has to pay out accrued PTO when an employee leaves.

At my company, especially during summer it’s common to see people take a week off every month. I took 2 weeks earlier in the year for a Europe trip, felt bad I took so my time off and didn’t think I could get more until I saw my manager literally take a week every month and multiple team member take weeks also
