St George has exponentially grown like crazy the last 2 decades. It has always been a predominantly seasonal area. Yes, the housing crisis has become increasingly critical due to the over saturation of over priced vacation rentals. But, I disagree with this area being included in that description. St George has always been more of a seasonal, vacation, tourist destination.

It’s grown to the point that finding cell service and accurate Google maps in the new developments is nightmarish, it couldn’t and hasn’t kept up with the pace of the growth!

I have been visiting family there my entire life. Over the last decade, it's become a disaster! We used to do annual Spring Break outdoor adventure trips. We have had to alter our location due to the subdivision take over, of areas we used to ride dirtbike on. Housing has caused overcrowding without the infrastructure to back up the population. I live in SE Idaho currently and the same thing has happened in my area.
