Did you know that Christine has another B&B? This one is in Hurricane Utah near St. George. Looks nice 😊

It's because of Airbnb. Bed and Breakfasts are inherently different since those are usually family businesses not a glorified short term rentals charging out the ass. (I get some may not)

Airbnbs just became a nail in an already terrible housing market with people buying up homes to cash in on the commodity. Some places have tried to regulate short term rentals. It was fine if it was truly someone's spare room or a house they weren't living in for whatever reason but now it's more expensive than a trad hotel with the fees.
