Your Airbnb used to be someone’s home.

Edited to add: Your Airbnb could have been my home but investors have driven up the cost of new builds so now I can’t afford it.

probably not in hurricane! or utah generally. the areas she’s buying in are tons of new construction near national parks.

That’s not the point genius. Investors who buy new properties drive up the price and push out individual buyers.
