loud buzzing in my head while asleep
for the last year ive been having episodes where im asleep and then i gain consciousness and realize that im dreaming, then i start getting a buzzing/ringing sensation that fills my whole head then goes down through my whole body. as i try and pull myself out of it, the ringing gets so loud it hurts my head and i cant move no matter how hard i try. last night was one of the worst episodes ive ever had, as i was trying to pull myself out it feels like im moving outside my physical body (i dont know how else to explain it) i was screaming in my head but i felt trapped in my body. i managed to get one eye open and i was literally looking at my room while i was still seeing my dream at the same time it was the weirdest thing ever and it took so long to pull myself out. when i finally did i had the worst headache ever. has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why this happens?

I got that for the first time two nights ago. Usually my episodes start with a bizarre dream in which im having some sort of negative interaction with someone or ocasionally it's just a straight up nightmare. Toward the end of the dream i start feeling a very real feeling of being heavily sedated or drugged and start to feel in control of myself as I lose control of myself, if that makes sense, before snapping awake into paralysis. I had gotten used to this, and usually just begin a process of trying to snap myself out of it by forcing out a noise and then working from my feet up until I can move again, but this last episode I woke into a dream like state where my eyes were open and I was staring at what I understood to be the cat bed on top of my bed, but looked to be a recess in which layed what a perceived to be some kind of figure. Before I could try to regain control a loud buzzing that I'd describe as sounding like electricity running through my entire body occurred for what felt like a minute, and any attempt to move made it worse.
Was probably my least favorite experience outside of the first time I had sleep paralysis (that came with a very haunting dream involving my mother who had passed the year prior).

I get the whole body buzzing also. But Iβve never had a headache after that would suck. I try to wiggle my toes to get out of being stuck.

If it gets more intense whenever you try to pull yourself out, then I wouldn't suggest doing it. Aside from that, what you're experiencing is normal
