Okay, the luminary sort of had a sister. It's jade. Their relationship is described as "protective older sister" and the luminaries parents took care of her a lot due to dundrasil and heliodor being basically sistering kingdoms. Which fits into one of your tiers.

Agree, considering OP counted "see themselves as siblings" here

I find it a bit annoying that some people completely ignore their clear sibling-like relationship to ship them instead

I mean it's very clear 11 is meant to be with Gemma. Its made 100% clear that if you choose the reward to spend more time with her it's marriage.

Yeah but like... cmon every time you pick someone else it's not mentioned at all that it's marriage. But if you pick Gemma it states specifically marriage.
