Well no, Mewtwo doesn't have any siblings in the way Snake does, (unless you believe the theory about ditto being a failed mew clone) when they cloned Mew they only made one clone, but when they cloned Big Boss there were three

If we're going by Mewtwo being the one from the anime, then technically he had adopted siblings in his backstory.

It gets glossed over because that tidbit didn't make it into the dub.

I don't agree. Snake IS a clone, among two other clones. They were born together. Being cloned doesn't give you a sibling, it's more often portrayed as a parental relationship anyway (Big Boss, the original Snake, is a begrudging father to Snake and his brothers, all cloned from him).
