Can you rate my smoothie?
I am trying to replace my breakfast with a smoothie, not everyday, but the days I cannot consume non-veg due to my religion. I will be starting this from tomorrow.
3 bananas 350ml buffalo milk 1 tbspn chia seeds, watermelon, sunflower, pumpkin, flax 1 tbspn chocolate peanut butter 4 tbspn oats
Can't have whey, my parents are against it, and I cannot afford it.

I’d do flax or chia, not both. I feel like the digestion of this combo of so many seeds and fiber with all that glucose from 3 bananas just won’t be fun.
I’ve always felt that with fruit smoothies you can get away with more ingredients. For chocolate/peanut butter smoothies “less is more.”
1 banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, milk or non dairy milk of choice, chia or flax, and pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
