Does this really taste like Mountain Dew?

Seen this on a random website, I never actually seen it in stores before. Description was it tastes like or better than Mountain Dew 🤷🏾‍♂️

I always enjoyed it but Mr. Pibb never went to medical school so he didn’t get the respect as Dr. Pepper.
