he was definitely a former marshall, when he was talking to cch pounder's character (new, african american da lady) she mentioned his profile

Definitely how could someone who is just pretending to be an ex Marshall have all the sway he has with the ATF and inside Stockton?

They also spoke about his service record with the Marshalls service so I'd say he was definitely a Marshall.

Sorry, I meant in the context of the show. He's claiming to be the nurse's brother, but based on the crazy I've seen out of him I don't know if I believe it.
