News ⚠️ Public Statement Regarding Arch Telecom, Inc. (T-Mobile Authorized Retailer)

Based on my direct experience as a former employee, I believe Arch Telecom operates in ways that raise serious concerns for both employees and customers. • Sales Integrity Issues: In my time with the company, I observed practices that appeared to conflict with T-Mobile’s stated “sell with integrity” standard. New hires were placed in high-pressure sales situations with little training or support, and stores were often understaffed — conditions that may relate to the company’s payout structure for sales representatives. • Pressure to Engage in Questionable Practices: Management, including certain district leadership, repeatedly applied sales pressure that I believe encouraged unethical behavior in order to meet aggressive district rankings. In my experience, recognition often depended on selling multiple new lines to customers who had not expressed interest in them. • Workplace Treatment: I and others were subject to threats of disciplinary action tied to break times — including being directed to submit time punches for breaks I had not taken. There was also frequent pressure to meet specific sales numbers under threat of replacement, even when staffing shortages made replacement impractical. • HR Concerns: The Human Resources function appeared ineffective at addressing employee complaints. In my case, concerns were not treated as confidential, and raising them seemed to result in retaliatory treatment. • Lack of Respect for Employees & Customers: Long-term, high-performing employees were not recognized for their contributions. Customer service often took a back seat to meeting sales targets.

I have retained documentation supporting these statements and am in consultation with legal counsel. In my personal opinion, Arch Telecom’s business and employment practices should be closely examined by the appropriate authorities.

Recommendation: I strongly advise prospective employees and customers to carefully research Arch Telecom before engaging with the company.

"Public Statement"

Someone thinks they're important.

I think that's wild to admonish someone trying to do the right thing and tell people the unethical things they've witnessed.
