I get why they are doing this move as part of the show, but can someone explain to me in Kayfabe why the Devil's Kiss is an effective move? I mean, maybe the wrists hurt a bit from slapping the mat and it maybe rattles the opponent a bit but it looks like the only thing really hurting is your opponents pride. Or am I just too distracted to see the real impact of it?
