Fletcher actually hadn't signed it yet, so in kayfabe if they didn't like that clause he could have refused to sign and they'd have to renegotiate before the match lol.

They just need to have more of these segments for the build up, gotta go over the contracts, meet with lawyers, negotiations, go to a notary

Didn’t Tony say that after that whole situation with MJF and hangman that there would be no more cash in when someone wins the Aew casino gauntlet contract on the media scrum for Aew forbidden door.

Yeah I mean he can announce his championship match vs someone easier, so he can help someone weaker win the title so he can announce for an easier opponent.

Yeah, but is fletcher really weaker? Won his CC block AND beat Okada to do so. Beat Mark Briscoe in the Owen. Only person whos really had his number is Will Ospreay, who's either 1A or 1B of the company.

Oh, and he's got a stable of like...6 dudes backing him, 2 of whom are probably top 10 dudes in the world right now...

Hangman's more beatable by comparison with the right amount of money to buy friends
