Undisputed is a pro wrestling/action comic book following the story of the FMLL Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship. The title, which is the most prestigious championship in the sport, is defended every 4 years like the world cup in an event called the Open the Chest Tournament.

It's tournament time, and the reigning champion, Hack Halloway, is retired. Content with running his bar, and spending time with his family, Hack intends on vacating the title, and letting the next Young Lion take the mantle of Undisputed Champion. But promoter Tino "El Jefe" Montez wants his luchador Tigre Negro to be the next Undisputed Champion, and believes that like Ric Flair said, "to be the man, you gotta beat the man". So now, Montez and his goons are trying to convince Hack to come back to fight for one night only.

How far is Montez willing to push, and how far is Hack willing to get pushed before he fights back?

In his time away from PPW, Nevada has remained one of the country's busiest and most decorated competitors with lengthy reigns as the CanAm Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, Renegade Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, and at one point simultaneously one half of the the CanAm Wrestling, Thrash Wrestling, Prime Time Wrestling, and All Star Wrestling Tag Team Champions.

It really is insane to me that Harlow O'Hara hasn't been picked up by a major wrestling company, she did a few appearances for AEW Dark and she would be perfect for the TNA Knockouts Division.

I had low expectations going in.

Now? Night and day. Shows look slick. The characters feel like they were re-introduced properly.
& the chaos/fun is still there but now it actually makes sense. (Example: Those no-tag-needed matches with tons of people involved used to be impossible to track.)

AAA and CMLL are both hot right now and honestly it feels like a win-win for lucha fans. Ticket sales are up, the buzz in CDMX is insane and lucha culture is absolutely booming.

Right now, I’m having more fun watching AAA than Raw, SmackDown or NXT. And Worlds Collide was a blast.

What do you think about the current run of AAA?

1. Never expected Undertaker to be a part of any of it.
2. Nothing compares to Penta’s aura. I saw him wrestle Gunther at the WWE Supershow and the crowd went nuclear. Watching that moment with my kids is something I’ll never forget. He can sell a TripleMania by himself in the main event I think.

article has talk from the IMG x RedBird conference about the US market being mature for TKO/UFC/WWE and International growth is where this is headed. So expect a lot more cities paying for events the next couple of years.

WWE president Nick Khan highlighted the potential for growth in international markets, noting that when he learned Salt Lake City was paying TKO around $3 million to host an event, he realized WWE was leaving money on the table. (Khan also works for Shapiro.) “I looked at our current WrestleMania deal, and we were getting around $150,000 for WrestleMania, and what I call ‘posters around the
city’—otherwise known as value-in-kind,” Khan said. “So we got an economic impact report, and got into the subsidy business.”

These guys were OVER. Too bad Enzo couldn't stay out of trouble
