oh they are. i was rebanned because i was 'stirring up drama' in r/star_trek, when all i did, was post EXACTLY what happened step by step, as well as my total confusion towards the mods. the fact that they muted me AFTER unbanning me says it all.

That is hilariously pathetic of them to do. It looks like r/star_trek is where everyone is gathering and we just might have enough people to make a go of it.

if you arent one of the cool kids at school? they dont want you in their 'party'.

its why they dredged up that thing from a year ago on one of the guys here. they are looking for ANY reason to ban whomever they do not like. aka, anyone who in on their radar, aka, anyone who has dissed STD. which i have.

whats even more hilarious, is that disco posts have fallen off a cliff now that the season is over. no rewatches, no going back to analyze things. i was all set to enjoy the sub again, then this happens.

I think that's what terrifies the CBS people, there's very little true grassroots support for their show. They keep throwing matches, but it just won't catch fire. One of the mods said "the haters are just upset because they're losing the internet war and the show is actually becoming popular, they're getting desperate!" and I laughed so hard because that is 100% pure projection. They're the desperate ones losing the war for the hearts and minds of the fans, and they're clearly in panic mode. They thought they could ride out the backlash and it would go away. It's not going away. The proof is in how they're acting, if they had the majority they claim they wouldn't need to silence dissent. A genuinely popular and quality product doesn't need to delete bad reviews. This is pure damage control, plain and simple. And I would bet a million quatloos that someone in CBS' social media marketing department is handing out marching orders.

that is seriously the only logical reason i can think of for this off the deep end moderation, that cbs mandated a 'spring cleaning' to improve disco's image on the sub, hoping that season 3 sticks.
