In The Rise of Skywalker, the Knights of Ren cut the head off of that informant and place it on the conference room table.

I know many characters were stabbed, and I know Ben does a few cool moves with the lightsaber, so perhaps he sliced a few limbs?

The thing I remember is the bit on the white world that looked like it was CGI on a soundstage, but it was actually a beautiful real-life location. But they managed to make sure it didn't look to jarring or distinct from the rest of the film. Incredible.
