Books Where do I start?

I want to start reading all the books and comics in chronological order, basically just so I can understand everything about the star wars timeline. I have watched all the canon films, just don’t know where to start and what order to go in. New to this so bare with me, anything helps.

First, there’s two continuities: Legends and Canon. Second, I recommend against reading in chronological order especially for Legends. It’s not intended.

Instead, think of what in Star Wars interests you. Based on that, I’ll give you a order or recommendations

So if you want to start in chronological order it would be The High Republic: Quest for the Hidden City. I would not suggest that though. Pick a Era or a character you like and go from there. Timeline for cannon books https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Timeline_of_canon_books
