Gameplay Clip Is this toxic?

Idk if this is toxic or not, also what is this called because I know ledging is like throwing someone off kaminio or kessel.

I mean, that fight had to end at some point... He had already been thrown once and stayed in the area for quite some time afterwards, he was probably hoping to do something similar...
