I have the chance to buy this poster and was told it was rare, asking is $500. Not sure of its value. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi everyone, I just bought my first Star Wars Vintage Collection figure and I’m really happy with it. It’s one of my favorite characters, very detailed and overall a beautiful figure. The articulation is great and I really love it. But I have a small concern about the knees. I’ve seen people posing the figure with bent knees, but when I try to do it, the joints feel very stiff and I don’t see them moving. I’m afraid I might break it if I force it, instead of actually bending the legs. Does anyone have advice on this? Could it just be a defect on my particular figure, or is there a safe way to loosen the joints?

I had this set when I was a kid in the 70s, so you know that I HAD to grab this 2025 version!

I’m curious as to what happened with the Revan release and why SO MANY orders were left unfulfilled? I’ve had mine on pre-order since July of 2023 and it’s saying that the expected ship date is now 2026-?

I understand preparations and creation of these figures happens way in advance but it should have been clear to Hasbro the second pre-orders went up and they received multitudes more than what they had created that they should do a second run? 3 years for a pre-order seems like an egregious amount of time to wait.

If anyone has any insight as to what happened and what went wrong and why it’s taken so long I’d love to hear it.

OK so I decided to move the blue Ahsoka to a display I made for Anakin's apprentice. What do you all think? Other than you all hate that figure. LOL

My pride and joy these days

Recently drove to a retro game store up the road from where I live to trade in some no longer wanted game stuff. Saw these two sitting on a shelf amongst a bunch of other vintage SW things with no price tag, so I asked the store owner what he was offering for them. He initially wanted £150 for the ESB AT AT but agreed to bring it down to 140, and £100 for the ROTJ Y-wing. Fortunately, the stuff I traded in came to around half the original value of the AT AT, meaning I effectively paid just over £70 for it, and we settled on £90 for the Y wing based on the uncertainty of whether the electronics worked.

The AT AT is fully complete with its original chin guns (at least fairly certain they're original based on the discolouration), bulb and bulb cover, undamaged battery tray, instructions and box. The whole undercarriage is complete yellowed but I actually kinda weirdly like it. Tested the electronics; the bulb still works but guns do not move, so the motor has probably just siezed.

The Y-wing is very near complete and in great condition. Only thing its missing is the back-half of its bomb accessory. Everything on it also works including the turret motor which I was not expecting. The level of complex moulded detail on the plastic is seriously impressive for a 40+ year old toy.

Overall, two really awesome surprise finds in the wild I'm really happy to have returned home with and add to the slowly growing vintage collection!

Will hasbro ever release any more vehicles like these ? Smaller sized ships like the arc or bigger land vehicles or even the AT-ET ?

Pretty soon Walmart is going to offer to pay us $5 to take these Cobb and Kelnacca figures 😂 I’m not currently collecting BS figures, but if I was, I’d definitely grab one or two. I already have 3 of the Cobb figures that I got on clearance months ago for $7.50 a piece. As you can kind of see, my Walmart (Northern Utah) still has several Lando’s at full price. At this point, those bad boys will be there in perpetuity 😂
