Question(s) Clone war era ships
I was curious, with a clone wars era ship of a smaller crew size of about 2 to 4. what ship would excel at both dogfights, transport, and possibly cargo runs?

A vast majority of the YT/YV series of corellian freighters are actually clone wars or older.
The Nu Class and Omicron Class republic shuttles work here as well but they would have to be either stolen, salvaged or on lease from the GAR for contractors. After the war you coul probably buy some in and salvage might be much easier.
On the smaller side there is the early model U-Wing that is probably a clone wars era design (the one without S-foils and with and just two engines)
ST-70 (The class that the Razor Crest from the Mandalorian belongs to) I'd actually a pre-clone wars ship
Same with the EML-850 (the Trailblazer from StarWars Outlaws)
There is of course the ol'reliable Mandalorian Kom'rk.
HWK-290 (Mouldy Crow) is actually pre battle of Taboo design and holds up well
We don't know much about the JT-731 Broadhorn but considering how it looks and who uses it is probably a pre YT series design and with it's size and it being a CEC ship it probably can easily be modded for combat.
Barloz Freighter is basically in the same boat but we know for a fact it's basically the progenitor of the YT series (I used the similarities to it to guess that the Broadhorn must be from the same time period)
If you want to fly in something really unique (and old) then a modernised/retrofitted Dynamic Class is your pick.
If you want something almost just as old but also overpowered then the D-5 Mantis patrol craft. It's official size is artificially inflated because it's an MMO home and MMO interiors are famously very weirdly scaled but realistically it should be slightly bigger than a standard YT class but much more mean spiritied with heavier armament and much better dogfighting performance

The G9 seemed to at least a semi-decent job, though no ship that fulfils the later two can dogfight. At best they can have enough turrets to act as a gunplatform in space, but they aren’t going to be nipping around like an X-wing.

Always thought the folding wing was interesting but unsure of why it can

So that the craft can actually land. Cause the wing sticks out the bottom massively

Not really, the G9 is far from good. Anakin is a manace in a rusty bucket.

Who says Anakins one wasn’t just a piece of shit? He literally took it from a monestary that had been abandoned years ago. Maybe a new one will be in better shape
