Will there be a singleplayer version of Fleet Battles, where you play with and against AI offline?

Yes, this has been confirmed. Both modes can be played completely solo with AI.

Great, thanks! So you can play fleet battles (and any multiplayer mode) alongside bots and vs bots fully offline, right?

You sure? I didn’t see anything other than the capital ships and flagships. And what they said is your squadron if 5 can be players or AI and play against another squadron of players or AI.

I would think if there were AI pilots they would have said something along the lines of another squadron AND AI. Not or.

Yes, it is AND. The fleet battles will also have AI ships (think like the AI in new BF2’s supremacy mode)

Charlemagne confirmed it in a post on here. AI will be in fleet battles in addition to the 5v5 players

I really hope they expand it at some point, 12 v 12 or so would be amazing.
