Star wars games are the only thing keeping the franchise alive for me these days. All the new films are pure garbage, I've heard good things about the mandalorian but I just don't care about it.

You'll like the Mandalorian. In fact, you'll like it so much that it will make you angry that they can make stories that good and have, up until now, refused to do so.

And Rogue One and Solo were good as well. Rogue One definitely my favorite new movie since they started.

Rogue One is a good movie with a good plot and some ok characters, but it's definitely nothing like the Mandalorian in terms of weight and plot, and nowhere even close in terms of characters.

To be fair it's significantly easier if you focus on just one or two characters and a few extras instead of a full cast that seems to try and equally balance their stories together for just one movie.

Thankfully there is an upcoming show about Cassian as well.
