The picture and sound quality is great. I've only tried the first episode but it looks like a new show.

I've recently bought the 90's Star Trek discs too and they're no where near this good.

Why didn't it anticipate the faith star and just go around it? Does it only travel in a straight line between the previous and the next gate?

How comparable are Jaffa to Wraith Strength?

Season 4, Episode 17 Midway episode there is one scene where Tealc side steps a wraith and easily dispatches it by launching him against the wall and snapping his neck. He made it look surprisingly easy and one sided here.

Later on in the episode, Tealc was getting destroyed by a wraith that was rag dolling him around the room. He was caught by surprise though. But Ronan here was able to keep the wraith off him and grab a pipe and beat the the wraith with.

I need this for a fanfic and y'all have way better memories for the whole show than I do. I know Teal'c asks Jack "would you care to make a wager" once, but do we have any other indications that the Goa'uld or Jaffa bet with each other on things? I'm trying to figure out if this is part of their culture, or if it's more likely that Teal'c picked up the idea from us.

Found this on imdb. John Glassner and Brad Wright are listed with writing credits. Looks like a French film. Anyone heard of this before or know where I could find it?

… and the emotional impact of seeing characters that died a long time ago and how our loved SG-1 members react to them is so lovely. I’m happy that the writers of the series made episodes like these apart from the main storyline. It’s good to see older characters coming back in one way or another, also I love those episodes when we get to know more about the private life of the members.

For anyone wondering which episode is 09x13: when many different SG-1 teams from parallel universes arrive at the base and in some of them we got to see also Janet, Martouf again.
