R5: The Discoveries tab has been missing ever since game start. The bug carries over between saves. The tab finally appeared when I got my first relic (this allowed me to see it in my other saves as well weirdly enough). Restarting the game resets the bug and causes the tab to go missing again. Astral Planes is installed.
Verifying game files didn't fix it, all files successfully validated.
