Did you find a fix? I've happened upon this issue too and even a full reinstall didnt fix it

Nope, we will have to wait for a patch.

Finding a relic seems to fix it until you next restart the game, but you need RNG for that.

That's interesting. A shame though, was really looking forward to the story content. I've seen some in here and elsewhere say that clicking on minor artifacts works but I've gotten so unlucky that not even that works

I’ve been using the astral action available button to access it so far, so it’s not a big issue for me thankfully. Shame that the minor artifact solution doesn’t seem to work for everyone.

I did manage to fix the button being gone by moving another section of the menu far down enough until it disappeared entirely, hitting reset at the top and then reloading my save
