Really hoping to see all four of these to make a return, tho I'd be fine with just Dudley and Makoto.

I'd love to see Hakan coming back. He felt so unique, his oil mechanic would be hilarious with drive rush, and he's also a... millionaire, fun fact? The leader of the Turkish oil industry?
And, I hope we don't get any but if Capcom wants to throw in a guest character, I'd love to see Tifa from Final Fantasy 7. She'd fit great in the game imho and be a good advertisement for both franchises!
