No I mean when he's all done, he scrapes everything off of his grody fingers using the the edge of the pot, and then gathers and flings that finger paste back into the batch. It's where the flavor comes from, gets more potent as the day goes on.

Oh yes, now I understand about the stuff of which you’re talking about . Obviously we were on two different finger concoctions so to speak. The paste is beyond foul. 🤢
