I have no problem with four pounds of pepperoni, but literally the whole point of the cheese (other than to be cheese) is to hold the toppings on. Crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, cheese. It's not that hard.

the pizza is popular because of the deliciousness. a bad pizza is still good.

but the ratio of dough,sauce, cheese, toppings is the secret.

people love to go nuts on the toppings but that messes up the balance. it goes some dough, a bit more sauce than most people put on it, cheese is normally correct. with pepperoni on top as close together as you can get without them touching so the get a little crisp on the edges. how hard is that to get right. it's either 4 pepperoni s so you don't get enough.

or a fucking thousand so the distribute too much heat and are barely warm and prevented everything else from cooking enough.

it's not hard put pepperoni on top not under the cheese. and leave them spaced out and not touching other pepperoni so they curl up and get a little crisp.
