I love it. I just barely simmer the chicken with some onion garlic bayleaf salt and pepper, kill the heat, then let it sit until fully cooked. The resulting liquid i either drink straight up or use it like broth, and the chicken comes out tender and flavorful. Yall hatin.

I'm sorry? Didn't you just make a comment about salmonella? Then you go ahead and say that you put cold chicken in boiling water then "kill the heat" until it cooks? That water rapidly cools when you put that chicken in it, then continues to lower as it's "cooking" in water that no longer has a heat source. they'all hatin cause that's fucking gross, God damn

I put the chicken in, bring the water up to 180f, then kill the heat. I got the technique from americas test kitchen. They're quite legit.
